Gary Gandy

Gary Gandy's career began in 1974 in Milwaukee as a production artist with International Display Corp. In 1975, he became the chief illustrator and design consultant with Pace Promotions, a downtown Chicago advertising and display firm. His early career culminated with the creation of the white buffalo painting. The event of the white calf’s birth in Janesville, WI was recorded by Gary’s portrait of the calf and its mother.
