Raven’s Wish Gallery is pleased to announce a shared art exhibition by artists Angela Morgan and Okari Blackpaw, both of Janesville.

“iArt” is a body of prints from digital paintings drawn “freehand” on an iPad or computer. Blackpaw and Morgan each compose the initial idea for a painting in their mind and use tools in computer drawing programs to give form, color, line and depth to the subjects.

Morgan states, “it allows me the freedom to experiment without wasting a lot of materials if something doesn’t work, and it doesn’t leave me with a mess either.”

An artist reception for the Morgan and Blackpaw exhibition “iArt” will be held Friday, June 7th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Raven’s Wish Gallery, 101 W. Milwaukee Street in Janesville, WI. The show and reception are FREE and open to the public, and the exhibition hangs June 7th - 26th.
